Q. Who can shop at the L.A. Mart?
A. The L.A. Mart is open to the TRADE ONLY- Retailers and Interior Designers. If you cannot provide the proper credentials (see Registration for details), you will be charged a $20 guest fee and MUST be accompanied by a qualified buyer. Qualified buyers may be accompanied by a maximum of two guests. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
Please Note: Clients accompanied by credentialed interior designers do not pay a guest fee.

- Visit the L.A. Mart and pick up a complimentary Official Building Directory in the Main Lobby! The Official Building Directory has floor plans, showroom contact numbers, and line information. The Directory’s Gift Product Index and Home Furnishings Product Index are useful tools to help you find what you are looking for.

Q. What is a Mart Card?
A. The Mart Card is your easy-access pass to the L.A. Mart. The card is printed on the back of some L.A. Mart mailings. Simply bring your Mart Card and a photo ID to the Gift & Home Furnishings Markets™, have your card scanned, and you’ll be all set! While checking in, feel free to ask for a Permanent Mart Card – a credit card style card good at all MMPI managed buildings.

A. For information on becoming a permanent or temporary exhibitor at the L.A. Mart, contact the Leasing Department during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m -5 p.m PST).
Q. What is Temporaries @ L.A. Mart?
A. Held in conjunction with the January and July Gift & Home Furnishings Markets, Temporaries @ L.A. Mart expands the already diverse selection of merchandise by bringing in the most exclusive temporary exhibitors. The newly expanded, ultra-chic 2nd floor is host to approximately 150 exhibitors for four days only. exhibitors for four days only. Catch them before they’re gone!
