credential requirements
L.A. Mart is open to the wholesale trade only, so the following credentials are required for admission. If you are unable to provide these, you must be accompanied by a qualified buyer and pay a $20 guest fee. Please note, clients accompanied by a credentialed interior designer do not pay a guest fee.
RETAIL/COMMERCIALLY LOCATED BUSINESS:
Please present the following:
1. Photo I.D.
AND
2. One (1) piece of business identification, such as: current federal tax # certificate, trade publication advertisement, current retail business license, appropriate “Yellow Pages” listing, four recent wholesale invoices for gift-related purchases, store/commercial lease indicating type of business as retail
AND
3. One (1) piece of employment identification, such as: copy of canceled company payroll check or stub, personalized imprinted business card, copy of W-2, copy of company health insurance card, copy of company credit card with employee and company names
INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Please present the following:
1. photo ID
2. tax ID
3. professional membership card (ASID, IIDA, IBD, AIA)
4. personalized imprinted business card
